Starts with setting 5 goals, and how you want to feel after accomplishing these goals. This journal also takes into consideration quantum physics and the law of attraction in visualizing and feeling into how we want to feel after we accomplish our goals and the steps to take to get us there, as well as enjoying the process and practicing gratitude and pride throughout our journey.

Lasts for 90 days, is small enough to fit in a small purse and big enough to answer questions thoroughly, and it does not have lines so allows for all handwriting styles and inputting of stickers or artwork.
